INTRODUCTION: Employee well-being (EWB) is a theme that interests managers and academics. The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of the organizational climate on the EWB of hospital professionals. METHOD: A convenience sample of 182 workers from different positions was used. RESULTS: The results of the standard multiple regression showed that the predictor made a significant contribution to all EWB dimensions, with greater explanatory power for positive affect (r2 = 0.39, p < 0.005) and a significant contribution from leadership (β = 0.25; p < 0.005), team (β = 0.16; p < 0.005), and development (β = 0.21; p < 0.023). DISCUSSIONS: Therefore, the better the relationship between the team and the more the workers are encouraged to participate in the processes, the more they feel motivated. For this, it is very important that the leader recognizes and guides everyone to achieve these goals. CONCLUSIONS: The findings are compared with the literature.
