This article deals with teamwork and between professions in a Paulista Mental Health Center. It aimed to analyze and identify the dimensions of grouping and the making between professions, with intervention research that accompanied the daily routine and held thematic meetings with that team. As a result, we found that the service functioned as a hybrid, carrying out practices in the Basic Health Unit, Mental Health Ambulatory, and Psychosocial Care Center, and their kitchen was used as a privileged space for the construction of the common and between professional of this team. We conclude by proposing that mental health services create spaces for joint actions and meetings of professionals for the fabric and reflection of the between professional and the common in the teams. Also, to discuss other forms of financing and mental health services in small municipalities, according to their needs and possibilities.
