We present a report about a reflexive support group carried out with Psychology students that discussed different processes of their academic development. It emphasizes the psychological dimension of the learning process and the integration of group´s action. The coordinator´s single role is to produce a creative and innovative perception that will allow a change of some stereotypical attitudes in the group. All along the five encounters realized, it has been possible to discuss professional choices and difficulties in the academic development. During the sessions, the coordinator was always aware of the group´s reactions face the institutional spaces in-between, even if he always avoided being obvious about it. The students could perceive how their criticism against the institution was somehow invalidated by their strong links with the institution itself, searching for other holdings and for new ways of discrimination and singularization. This group work was a very important step towards a deeper improvement of the construction of their academic life process and of the relation with the institution where the reflexive support group happened.
