This study aimed to identify and describe the works of behavior analysts about teaching and learning of mathematics, presented in Brazilian Association for Behavioral Medicine and Psychology' (ABPMC) Meetings and Brazilian Psychological Society' (SBP) Annual Meetings from 1992 to 2011. Documents found (annals and/or program schedules) were entirely read in order to identify researches with at least one of the following descriptors: (a) number, (b) numeral, (c) mathematics, (d) arithmetic, (e) ordering, (f) quantity, (g) problem solving. The results suggest that researches on teaching and learning of mathematics are concentrated both in operationalization and teaching of mathematics fundamental concepts, as well as the reversal of failure and anxiety in math. Although production is cohesive and socially relevant, there is the need to expand the community of behavior analysts interested in researching in the area of teaching and learning of mathematics. There is also a need to increase the effectiveness of works' dissemination to the community of behavior analysts as well as to external community. Further studies are needed in order to map, organize, describe, evaluate, and disseminate the production on behavioral teaching and learning of mathematics.
