In view of the correlation between birthrate and violence, this article, grounded on the psychoanalytic discourse, aims at contributing to the debate about the conditions of possibility for building theoretical tools for the development of a clinic of helplessness and discomfort of the segregated youth in Brazil. The author takes as an axis the issue of whether these forms of subjectivation appear as "forms of transgression" or as "forms of submission" to the culturally imposed rules.
