The aim of this paper is to discuss the process of medicalization in Brazilian male population, from adiscourse analysis of the Brazilian National Policy for man's Integrated Healthcare launched in 2009 by the Brazil’s Ministry of Health.  In this process of medicalization of popular classes, this government initiative sets out itself on the assertion of the problem that her own evidence, namely, that the policy recognizes that the aggravations of the male sex represent real public health problems. There is in this recognition the existence of a male body constituted in the veracity of the problem that he gives to deterritorialize himself of the ranges of his constituent power.  A male body visible in his character of fragility, vulnerability and social risk that has been the power of an ingenious machinery to take care of man's life.
