This article is based on the hypothesis that adolescence motherhood only became a public health issue within a biopolitical strategy intended to regulate the production and reproduction of social body that took adolescence pregnancy as privileged object. It comes from a research that intended to evaluate the importance of motherhood in the constitution of the subjectivity of a group of teenagers, trying to question the generalizing and stigmatizing tone of the official ideas concerning the young mothers.
