The poverty or lack of thoughts on contemporaneity puts a question to psychoanalysis. The purpose of this article is to run over about what is the act of thinking and a register of thought on Freud's speech and give the form of a problem to what is happening with this register of psyche on contemporaneity. Understanding the extensive and complexity of this subject, on this article, we conduct the question of the act of thinking on psychoanalytic clinic of bulimics. Our references are Birman, Heidegger and Canguilhem about the act of thinking and Zaltzman about the drive to death. Because as Freud explains without the desire there isn't thoughts and without death work there isn't thoughts.
