But the established dialogue is not always the dialogical relationship studied by Freire and Buber. For Freire, there is no dialogue between oppressed and oppressors. For Buber there must be an opening to the other that is my neighbor constituting an EU-TU relationship. The objective of this article is to understand the dialogic relationship established in the consensual methods of conflict resolution. The methodology's bibliographic research. Mediation through the constructive dialogue is the most appropriate instrument for solving issues in the design of a culture of peace. The peace obtained by the mediation sessions, for the most part, is a calculation of interests. The dialogue is the coach that aims to reach a joint decision.
