Abstract

The university causes changes in lifestyle of academics, influencing the disease process, the reality observed in all upper-level courses and some cases intensified, because the size of the load-time and other peculiarities. Given this premise we sought to identify the influence of the dynamics of Nursing's CAMEAM / UERN on the health / disease process of academic and identify the main manifestations of the disease process of the students during training. Exploratory study / descriptive qualitative approach was used for data collection semistructured interviews with 69 academics in the period June to August 2011. The speeches were analyzed by the technique of content analysis of Bardin. As a result it was found that the course absorbs most of the time the respondents, leaving them without social and family life, reducing even sports and leisure. The power starts to happen, mostly at the university itself and is not always appropriate. The overhead of academic activities for this student also brings excessive worry. For the interviewees, all this has given the appearance of gastrointestinal disorders, anxiety, sleep disorders, stress, colds and headaches. It concludes with the study routine of the university and more specifically of Nursing brings change in lifestyle of academics that are reflected in the quality of life and health of ourselves. Such changes materialize in moments of strength and moments of wear on the disease process of the students.
