This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the Depression and Self-esteem of adults who engage in recreational dancing compared to those who do not. To fulfill the purpose a design comparison of three independent groups was used the Beck Depression Inventory and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale was administered. The data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 11.5 and the reports hypothesis testing states that people who dance have better levels of Mood and Self-Esteem.
