The aim of our essay is the theoretical elaboration of the possibility of an aesthetics of subjectivity of neo-subjects in managerial positions through the tripartite Lacanian to-pology of registers-the Real, the Symbolic and the Imaginary-linked to an analytic of the body. From the idea of the body traversed by language and images and inhabited by pleasure, we follow the path traced by organisational culture, narcissism, recognition and its encounter with contingency. This allows us to think the process of subjectivation articulated through the multiplicity of experience lived by neo-subjects in connection with the three registers.
