Abstract

REIS, Carolina dos  and  GUARESCHI, Neuza Maria de Fátima. Open Veins in Research Production. Rev. Polis Psique [online]. 2016, vol.6, n.spe, pp. 124-135. ISSN 2238-152X.

By understanding writing as a process of production of the self, this paper considers writing with as a dispositif of inquiry which scrutinizes how we construct our research policies. Following the trajectory of work produced by the Center for Studies of Con-temporary Subjectivation Policies and Technologies, we analyze how constant reliance on certain conceptual fields can induce an unproductive stagnation in theories and work-ing methods associated with them thus turning them into applications rather than in-citement or provocation to think and write originally and inventively. Finally, we delin-eate paths that have been taken towards drafting policy that regards research as a life experience driven by the estrangement of contact with difference and the inclination to become-other as a result of our bodily involvement in research.

Keywords : Research Policies; Research into Psychology; Research Ethics; Foucauldian Studies.
