Resumen

YASUI, Silvio; LUZIO, Cristina Amélia  y  AMARANTE, Paulo. Psychosocial care and primary care: life as territory in the field. Rev. Polis Psique [online]. 2018, vol.8, n.1, pp. 173-190. ISSN 2238-152X.  http://dx.doi.org/10.22456/2238-152X.80426.

This paper aims to reflect on Psychosocial Care and Primary Care as propositions that offer themselves as a paradigm shift, articulating together with the concept of territory emerging as a common element to both fields, especially in terms of the production of care within it and in networks. This perspective requires an outlook on social and cultural diversity of the different regions, in the space where life happens in all its plenitude, as an essential point in the discussions on delivery of health and mental health care. In the case of Psychosocial Care, this also involves overcoming the rationale of exclusion and the erasure of difference which befalls the so-called “mad” and of all who express different ways of existing.

Palabras clave : Psychosocial Care; Primary Care; Territory: Psychiatric Reform; Health Reform.
