SANTOS, Júlia Carvalho dos; YONEZAWA, Fernando  e  LEAO, Adriana. Madness and Militancy: resistant life story in the anti-asylum fight. Rev. Polis Psique [online]. 2019, vol.9, n.1, pp. 30-57. ISSN 2238-152X.

This study, based in a master level research, aims to analyze the effects of the participation in the anti-asylum movement, based on interviews with users of mental health services in the Great Vitória metropolitan region, who had a history of working in militancy spaces. Through a cartographic practice the interviews were carried out seeking to constitute a relation in which the experiences were told and also produced in that opened space to transformation. Thus, when we present here one of the life histories that composed this investigation, guided by Deleuze's and Guattari's philosophical concepts, we perceive that militant participation constitutes territories with possibilities of resistance, lines of escape and transformations in the user's life. The research points to a antimanicomial militant ethics capable of giving passage to singular ways of acting in politics.

Palavras-chave : anti-asylum fight; militancy; resistance; politics.
