Abstract

ROSA, Elisa Zaneratto; VICENTIN, Maria Cristina Gonçalves; AVARCA, Camila Aleixo de Campos  and  SERENO, Deborah. The autonomous management of medication: territorial strategy of co-management in the care. Rev. Polis Psique [online]. 2020, vol.10, n.2, pp. 76-98. The strategy Autonomous Management of Medication has experienced different means of expansion, whether in relation to its regional contexts or modes of services (such as the Basic Health Units and Centers of Psychosocial Care - Alcohol and other drugs). In this text we introduce the experience of a team that articulates research, education and extension in a sanitary territory in the city of São Paulo, having as an intervention axis the mental health care and AMM as a strategy. The Collective AMM, which groups together all the AMM teams in the territory, has evidenced the key effects of the strategy in its modifying and formative strength: its critical dimension related to medicalization; its radical inclination related to the Mental Health Reform and its political strength related to the groupings and collectives activated. In this venture, it is affirmed a territorial strategy co-managed in the development and care of mental health, which places in the core of its experience the participation of the user.

Keywords : Autonomous Management of Medication; Mental Health; Co-management; Grouping.
