This article aims to expose a clinical case treated at the Center for Psychosocial Care (CAPS) from Santos Dumont / MG. To do so, and considering the particularity of the case will be developed an ethnographic study of the family where you insert the subject in question. Later, raise possibilities of articulation between the research methods of ethnography and psychoanalysis. Finally, we analyze in the light of Lacanian theory of psychosis, how this guy has embarked on a creative work that stabilized his psychosis.
