In the relations of work of the capitalist society, there is an economical operation in which the subjects invest his life to get his subsistence, consequently they receive of "change" in this operation of resignation of enjoyment - the state of torpor: it was apathy and subservience to guarantee the life. In this sense, the objective of this work is to consider how and what there are the strategies used by the neoliberal capitalist system, specially the Brazilian, to guarantee that the subjects work and give their lives for the maintenance of the capital. For so much, we are going to think about the historical thing of as the work relations were established in the capitalist society; next we will present as there are structured the ideological processes resulting from these relations of work and for end the consequences of that for the subjects in the current social bound, having the state of torpor as a mark of the oppression in the contemporary subject.
