This article aims to contribute to a reflection about the dialogue between Philosophy and Psychoanalysis from the 1970s with regard to appropriation by Brazilian intellectuals, especially in the scenario of the state of São Paulo. Significant events such as dissertation Mezan, the thesis Monzani and political and intellectual role Bento Prado Jr., among others, marked indelibly ourselves how the dialogue between Philosophy and Psychoanalysis in Brazil. It is from these peculiarities that we can reflect on the construction and development of a research field called Philosophy of Psychoanalysis as one Brazilian contribution.
