This work brings the slice of a practice: the performance of psychologists in social measures guided by the psychoanalysis theory. In this regard, it describes such performance, taking into account the work possibilities in the counselling of the adolescents from a transferential dynamic. The intention is to bring to discussion the hypothesis that the transferential relationship can intervene in the measures serving. After all, is transference what sustains the bond between the adolescent and the measure? In order to do so, the work is based on some case reports and the interface between theory, the construction of an individual service plan (Pia) and the main axes of socio-educational measures (family, school and professionalization).
