Abstract

ANDRADE, Cleyton  and  ASSUNCAO, Isadora Veiga. The symptom's nonsense: from the signifier to the insignificant. Analytica [online]. 2019, vol.8, n.15, pp. 1-17. ISSN 2316-5197.

This article aims to address initially the symptom while an unconscious formation that is susceptible of interpretation, for then, pointed it as a formation that leaves a nonsense "symptomatic rest". This work seeks to make some considerations about the symptom, in Freud and Lacan, beyond a conception of "curable" symptom, but as a singular elaboration of the subject, a symptom that has a function as a Trieb's satisfaction form and mode of jouissance. From this notion of a symptom wich isn't restricted to the sense regime, this work proposes to think about the analytical interpretation's possibilities to operate, facing this mode of jouissance that escapes signification. Therefore, this article discusses the analytical interpretation not as just significant work, but as the one that can point something in the symptom's void of meaning.

Keywords : Symptom; Trieb's satisfaction; Jouissance; Interpretation.
