This study sets up a theoretical-philosophical frameworks that had as its objective to reflect about the clinical practice in Psychosocial Care Centers. Having such reasoning to psychoanalytic theory to sustain the potential of interlocution between the subject's clinical and Psychosocial Attention. It is the comprehension of the clinical praxis as something that makes listening to each particular case and allows us to understand the uniqueness of the subject in the social field. It concludes by stating that clinical work shows to be a fundamental element in the mental health field, to the extent that this bet allows you to escape the institutional protocol automatism, a biological vision-therapy and the ideological discourse of inclusion.
