Abstract

CALAZANS, Roberto  and  MATOZINHO, Christiane. Infringement Recidivism: from Failure of the Symptom to the Repetition of the Act. Analytica [online]. 2020, vol.9, n.16, pp. 1-18. ISSN 2316-5197.

In this article, we point out how the performances indicate that the adolescent subject is embarrassed with his symbolic and imaginary resources, resulting in a difficulty to submit the real to the symptom and to the fantasy, which would allow one to carry out the work of drive connection. The hypothesis that this article raises is that the infringement recidivism can be read as a response of the adolescent to the anguish and the helplessness provoked by the puberty, that denounces through its repetition the difficulty of the subject in establishing a symptom and the failure of the act in appeasing the anguish, configuring itself in a symptomatic and repetitive action.

Keywords : Psychoanalysis; Socio-educational measures; Adolescence; Repetition; Act.
