What do young people who suffer from the violation of their social rights dream of? The purpose of this article is to present the narratives produced in two projects that were inspired by Manoel de Barros to build a method that aims at approximating with the research participants in order to share their dreams and thus to share existences and experiences that come from their respective places of belonging. Dream production and art were considered allies for the construction of research procedures and for the meeting between researchers, mentor and young people in order to build common knowledge. The emphasis on the hard and creative work present in the psychic elaboration that produces the dream thinking reveals the subject's relations with the power figures in their historical time and it is in this aspect that the author of the article exercises the writing of possible articulations between Psychoanalysis and Politics.
