Patient with eleven years of schooling presents himself with learning impairment in portuguese despite had been living in Brazil for several years. In his background showed stroke and heart attack. Nowadays is presenting cognitive alterations compatible to Alzheimer´s disease and in neuropsycometric tests made right scores in CAMCOG and CDT by Shulman and made low scores in verbal fluency, was able to named just two animals. In the MRI showed lacunary infarctions and in the SPECT presented a low blood flow to the temporal lobe. Therefore were diagnosis with mixed dementia
