ABSTRACT This article comes to an experience report on an extension project composed of workshops with pedagogical and psychological aspects, carried out, in 2019, with 91 high-school students from a public school, ages from 14 to 17. The project aimed at collectively developing essential resources to promote mental health safety and the well-being of the students inside and outside scholar environment, by the means of exchanging experiences which resulted in the active participation and prominence from the teenagers in facing adversities and challenges on a daily basis. The experience meant to present the importance of implementing projects in which the youth can express themselves and discuss on the reality and relationships of their lives, as well as promoting a direct link between health and education in order to benefit critical reflection on making a plural and integral youthful growth.
