Abstract

RATTI, Fabiana C.  and  ESTEVAO, Ivan Ramos. The chinese letter and lacanian clinic. Rev. Subj. [online]. 2014, vol.14, n.3, pp. 395-404. ISSN 2359-0769.

This paper intends to show and discuss the influence of Chinese writing on the work of the French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan (1901-1981) reestructuring and reorienting his clinical practice, as well as his theory. We started using three key texts to stimulate discussion. In the first one, Lacan shows ideas on the inconscient as a writing process, which he will develop later on. Then, we resorted Colette Soler, in which text she develops a logic of inconscient-language for an inconscient-lalangue, stressing the real issue on the writing of inconscient for Lacan. After that, we return to Jacques Lacan and we discuss deeper the Letter issue and its influence on the clinical attending. The paper works the Letter as a mark of the subject, and for that, also uses Freud's writings discussing the notion that Freud has about symptom to get at the teachings of Lacan with his construction of the Borromean knot and the fourth ring as a sinthome. Finally, the analysis process is discussed integrating Lacan's view that "there is no sexual relation", in such way to match the concept shown in the study.

Keywords : lacanian psychoanalysis; letter; chinese writing; real; lalangue.
