PALUMBO, José Henrique Parra  y  CABRAL, Paulo Emílio Pessoa Lustosa. The anarchist drive and resistance to death and massification. Rev. Subj. [online]. 2016, vol.16, n.3, pp. 84-96. ISSN 2359-0769.  http://dx.doi.org/10.5020/23590777.16.3.84-96.

This article proposes a reflection on the concept of the anarchist drive coined by Nathalie Zaltzman in the homonymous text during 1979; concept that articulates a specific manifestation of the death drive: to serve life as a last resort for survival. Its main objective is to deal with this last resource that emerges when the individual is faced with experiences of acute precariousness. Thus, the study of a case is the background of Zaltzman's reflection around these situations called boundary experiences, in which the guarantees of survival and unity are ruined. That is when the excesses of deprivation or a totalitarian and paralyzing love threaten the survival of the individual. Because of this, the libertarian impulse of anarchism becomes the figure for this death instinct, since, in these situations, it is from him that the subject feeds to survive. With this theoretical construction, it is possible to verify the need to recognize the role of the death drive without the moralization of its requirements.

Palabras clave : psychoanalysis; death drive; anarchism.
