Abstract

SOUZA, Juliana Marcondes Pedrosa  and  MOREIRA, Jacqueline Oliveira. Teenagers who commit acts of misconduct and guilt. Rev. Subj. [online]. 2017, vol.17, n.3, pp. 82-91. ISSN 2359-0769.  http://dx.doi.org/10.5020/23590777.rs.v17i3.5515.

The text works the feeling of guilt in the Freudian work and the proposal of responsibility in Lacan to understand issues that present themselves to the adolescent in fulfillment of socio-educational measure regarding their involvement with the crime and transgression of the law. We ask whether the possibility of worrying about another can be inscribed in the form of a subjective responsibility or in the form of a sense of guilt towards the other. In the follow-up of these adolescents, the importance of thinking the act as a symptom reveals to us the singular form that the adolescent subject responds to the other social. We suggest the work of the analyst as a resource for the expansion of the adolescent's word and at the same time broadening political-cultural horizons and access to the capital circuit. Thus, the course in the fulfillment of the measure will implicate the adolescent in a new life project and summons the society to a new positioning.

Keywords : socio-educational measures; psychoanalysis; guilt; subjective responsibilization; adolescence.
