Dear readers and collaborators of Mental, in this issue, I would like to discuss the current moment of scientific production and publications at UNIPAC, and some partnerships we have with other Research and Teaching institutions throughout Brazil, and also with research centers abroad.

Today there are more than 13 research groups registered in the directory of the Research Groups of CNPq, which involve more than 100 researchers and students from our university and others, from different areas of scientific knowledge, thus producing and communicating results of papers in all fields of knowledge.

We have recently created a portal of on-line publications which can be seen by anyone who is interested at any time, for free. We also have kept the systematic publication of scientific journals in the fields of health, social and human sciences, presenting much of our production in congresses, seminars, meetings and other events to show the research produced inside and outside of Brazil.

We would like to continue counting on important partnerships, such as the one we have established throughout our history with all of our peers who share their experience with UNIPAC, so that we can continue to ensure principles. In order for our country to ensure representativity concerning the production and the publication of respected scientific and technological knowledge, we must think of the collectivity and the actions in group in our institutions.
