The present work aims to approach the implementation of the Nucleus of Support and Study in Psychoanalysis (NAEP) based on psychoanalytic care in an outpatient setting. Also presenting the institutional partnership between the Postgraduate Program in Clinical Psychoanalysis of the Institute of Psychology of the State University of Rio de Janeiro with the Círculo Brasileiro de Psicanálise - Rio de Janeiro section (CBP-RJ). Aiming to explore psychoanalytic listening in public universities and its importance in clinical care.
