This article addresses, through data analysis and experience reports, reflections on the profile of patients present in the psychoanalytic clinic, considering information collected in the year 2022, with the aim of discussing the relationship between the increased use of psychotropic medications. after the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus of this work is to understand and debate the relationship between the use and abuse of psychotropic drugs and their impact on the psychoanalytic process based on the author’s experience report.
