The author, paraphrasing Freud’s “The why of War?”, develops some reflections on the conditions surrounding the binomial war and peace as intrinsic to human nature, but that can be better understood and have their consequences mitigated when some concepts of classical psychoanalysis and the theory of linkage psychoanalysis are considered.
