What does Ulysses face, on his return home, when he has to kill his enemies and his wife’s companions? What can he not know that he is wrapped in the past, that hinders him from living the present, without being able to tolerate, without containing the unknown that prevents him from filling a void that he constituted in himself? And did Penelope build an internal space in this gap? Did she wait for him in silent hope, in the daily weaving and unraveling when the night overtook her in dreams/nightmares? Penelope’s Odyssey and the endless feminine are highlighted in time and space, in facts and dreams, in culture and in the present, which are found in emotions that become ideas that reintroduce her, in her complexity, in this eternal becoming.
