This article presents cases of factitious anemia exemplified by Ferjol’s Lasthénie syndrome. The author argues that the syndrome should be considered within the framework of perversion. In general terms, the study contributes to theoretical and clinical research on the structure of perversion and on the particularity of female perversion.
