If neurosis taught us so much about the field of the unconscious and served as a guide to the theory formulated by Freud, it is psychosis that offers us, today, new parameters to approach the clinic, because what is experienced, in certain moments of subjective destitution, is also of the order of a certain madness. These are occasions when the signifier chain is broken, and the real bursts out. What is to be done?
