This article explores the intersection between psychoanalysis and organizational behavior, highlighting how societal transformations and the register of technoscience signal the relevance of a new leadership paradigm. Moving beyond hierarchical and essentialist approaches to leadership – centered around the figure of the leader (entity-centric) – it proposes, inspired by psychoanalytic contributions from Lacan and Winnicott, new perspectives for analyzing leadership oriented towards the dimensions of culture, language, and environment. By integrating these dimensions, the article argues for the importance of multidisciplinary approaches capable of fostering innovative practices in the exercise and development of leadership, adhering to the complexity of contemporary social and organizational contexts.
