In this article, the author discusses the role of love and passion in the couple relationship. For that purpose, he resorts to the figures of bolt and thunder and make allusions to dance and music, evokes the discussion developed by Spinoza about the relation between reason and the affects, mobilizes the Lacanian categories of real and symbolic, and emphasizes the importance of listening.
