We start from the Freudian concepts of drive and repetition to formalize the concept of jouissance in Lacan. We come to the function of surplus-jouissance that Lacan conceptualized from Marx’ notion of surplus value. We introduced another discourse, that of capitalista, as one of the contemporary forms of enjoyment.
