The article aims to discuss the individuation process of people with autism, which are classified as autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Autism is a behavioral syndrome with multiple biological etiologies and evolution of a neurodevelopmental disorder with cognitive impairment characterized by deficits in social interaction and relationships with others, associated with language and behavioral changes. People with autism do not follow typical paths of human consciousness structuring. In autism, there may be an agenesis of the structuring function of the Matriarchal Archetype, a development without Eros. The daimon acting in a state of chronic deficiency would be the Archetype of the Invalid.
