Abstract

OLIVEIRA, Adriana Maria Nagalli de. About hallucinosis and dream. J. psicanal. [online]. 2023, vol.56, n.105, pp.297-310.  Epub Aug 26, 2024. ISSN 0103-5835.  https://doi.org/10.5935/0103-5835.v56n105.22.

In this paper, the author elaborates some ideas about the oneiric experience in psychoanalysis. At times, these experiences appear in an intermediate area, one we do not know whether it belongs to the analyst or the analysand; the field becomes unsaturated with mystery, and something begins to evolve. In such dynamic, it is necessary to be receptive to the psychic movement and to our own imagination, because sometimes reality is transfigured through hallucinosis. Therefore, dream, imagination, hallucinosis and reality interpenetrate. In order to elaborate these themes, the author presents a clinical case. In the analysis with Maria, a new experience emerged, the act of the analyst dreaming their anxieties (hers and the patient’s). The analyst’s dreaming was sustained by the emotions she generated through Maria. With patience, she tried to tolerate uncertainties and doubts in the relationship, in order to be able of dreaming or even becoming Maria’s anguish in a dynamic process.

Keywords : psychoanalysis; dream; hallucinosis; clinical experience.
