The authors make a reflection about the subjective production of school violence, knowingly involved, recursively and contradictory, with social subjectivity. Guided by Qualitative Epistemology analyze information built into the Basic Training of pupils of school psychology of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás, and as a result have the indicator that public policies, to be effective, need to respond to the unique needs of the school and be inserted in an ethic of responsibility, that is, cause the respect for differences and the active participation of the subjects in their learning and development processes.
