The article emerged from an experience carried out in the field of supervised internship in Institutional Psychopedagogy. The field was a state High School located in the Socio-Educative Assistance Center (CASE). It aims to describe and to analyze an intervention in Institutional Psychopedagogy based on reflective practice for the construction of autonomy and the improvement of relationships with learning of a group of Basic Education teachers. The research methodology was based on the qualitative approach and on the Experience Report (ER). After the construction and implementation of the psychopedagogical intervention proposal, we evidenced the formative potential of the institutional psychopedagogue both in formal and non-formal educational spaces, as a professional who deconstructs walls of difficulties to build learning bridges.
