Mobile Health (mHealth) is the offer of health services and assistance through mobile devices, expanding access to information. The aim of this study is to validate and evaluate the usability of the mHealth tool “Quiz - Learning Disorders”. This is a methodological validation of a mHealth tool, which consists of a health education application with questions and answers on the subject. Content validation, semantic analysis and usability verification were performed. The data collected were analyzed using the SPSS software. 35 participants, mostly female, had never attended lectures on literacy or learning and its disorders (80%) and had never been diagnosed with learning disorders (94.3%). All participants affirmed that the information in the quiz was interesting, that they felt motivated to recommend it, that the app is useful and people would quickly learn to use it. Content validation allowed the choice of essential topics for the dissemination of health information. The semantic analysis showed that most participants disagree that the app is more complex than necessary, but future changes in the tool and the quiz structure will be discussed. The results corroborate the literature, by identifying a high rate of informative health apps recommendations. It was possible to validate and verify the usability of the “Quiz - Learning Disorders” tool.
