When entering university, many students face difficulties in various aspects, some of which may be due to previous experiences in school life, in which learning difficulties were not always properly investigated. The general objective of the study was to develop an instrument for identifying difficulties faced by university students. Qualitative approach methodology. The results revealed a limited number of psychopedagogical assessment instruments that could support an effective intervention in the context of university students and proved to be a necessity. In conclusion, psychopedagogical support can contribute to this process of investigating students’ difficulties at university. However, access to this support is still complex when compared to existing demand, especially when it comes to university students. Furthermore, research instruments practically do not exist, making effective psycho-pedagogical monitoring even more difficult.
