The aim of this study was to identify institutionalized student care programs and services for undergraduates. An integrative literature review was carried out using the PubMed, Scopus, LILACS and PsycINFO databases, retrieving 5988 articles published between 2013 and 2024. After applying the eligibility criteria, 22 studies made up the corpus. The programs and services identified are focused on counseling, peer support, psychotherapy and psychoeducation. Most use the Referral and Intensive Treatment System, with stages of screening, care and follow-up, preferably with multidisciplinary involvement. There are many studies on one-off interventions, but few on institutionalized programs. From a longitudinal perspective, it is recommended that more studies be carried out to evaluate new programs, which of the programs already implemented have been maintained and what results on mental health, well-being, academic results and university dropout have been obtained in the medium and long term.
