This paper describes a warm-up technique for groups. The authors introduce the principles behind the application of this technique, as well as the history of its use in interventions with the Teatro de Reprise. The authors believe that this is a technique very easy to use, producing efficient results and helping the group to quickly feel like a group, with their differences and similarities. This technique is especially recommended to help connecting the working team with their audience, and it works as an introduction of the group to the team.
