The Covid-19 pandemic imposed intense changes in the world dynamics, psychodrama included, resulting in an intense necessity of creativity and spontaneity for social maintenance. This article aimed to analyze the social isolation effects on expansion of online psychodrama, highlighting the challenges and opportunities arising from this scenario, emphasizing on the expansion of the access to psychodrama. As methodology, literature review was used, and articles published between the years 2020 and 2025 were analyzed. As a result, it was perceived the clear necessity of a socio-historical-geographical perspective of an inclusive and authentic psychodramatic psychology maintenance, which evolves along with socioeconomic frequent transformations.
