VIEIRA, Camila Young  e  RIBEIRO, Marina F. R.. Listening in the analytic field: resonances and handling in the analysis of children. Rev. bras. psicanál [online]. 2023, vol.57, n.2, pp.123-138.  Epub 22-Nov-2024. ISSN 0486-641X.  https://doi.org/10.69904/0486-641x.v57n2.09.

The experience of analyzing children in a clinical setting exposes the analyst to a force field that involves the patient and his surroundings. In this context, privileging the circularity of analytical listening means containing the transferential and countertransferential elements in the field in a complex plot that involves the child and, according to the situation, the parents, siblings, health and school professionals. The concept of analytic field, by Madeleine and Willy Baranger, takes place in the perspective of contemporary psychoanalysis by laying its basis in the porosity of the interplay of the analyst-analyzed pair, permeated by conscious and unconscious contents, fantasies, and bastions which produce impasses-transformations in the analysis. To elucidate it, the authors present a clinical excerpt of a family session conducted during the analysis of a child, in which the elements experienced in the field convey a narrative that contributes to the analysis. Finally, they consider that the concept of dynamic and intersubjective field instrumentalizes the clinic of childhood.

Palavras-chave : analytic field; analysis of children; handling; shared fantasy.
