The author presents thoughts and articulations on the experience and presence of playing in life and in the analysis room. She has selected aspects such as free associations, singularity and object choice, which are present and fundamental in creative living and in the analyst-analysand relationship. She refers to Winnicott, Bollas, Civitarese and other authors to broaden her reflections on this subject.
